IT Training Specialist
Our client located in the Boston, MA area is seeking an IT Training Specialist for a full time opportunity. This role will involve a hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications:
- Experience in information systems development, training, or related fields
- Developing and providing IT and end user training on computer hardware and application software
- Conducting the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs
- Providing technical assistance to staff; perform routine technical maintenance activities
- Experience with Essential operating system functions, file management, routine maintenance procedures and network configurations
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, various web-browsers, Google applications, etc.
