Plumbing Project Manager – Commercial
Our client is a Highly Reputable Plumbing Engineering Firm, specializing in the construction of mid-sized construction projects. We are seeking to assist them in the hiring of a Plumbing Project Manager responsible for commercial plumbing construction projects. Position is full time/permanent
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Building Construction Management preferred or equivalent work experience
- Must be familiar with NYC plumbing codes
- Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
- Familiarity with all plumbing piping systems and material types
- Team player, able to work well with Project Engineers and Superintendents
- Able to get crews to effectively meet deadlines
- Diligent in Safety procedures
