IT Service Desk Analyst (Windows 7-10, Office 2016 and O365)
Growing technology driven company is expanding again and seeking a talented IT Service Desk Analyst. This is a FULL TIME/DIRECT HIRE position. Qualified candidates will have similar experience with the following:
- IT Service Desk experience
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing IT service role
- Active Directory environment
- administer user accounts and resetting passwords
- Diagnose and escalate faults with IT hardware
- Windows 7-10
- MS Office 2016 and O365
- iOS and Android mobile devices
- Support remote stakeholders
- Manage Cloud-based IT Service Desk systems
- Excellent written and verbal skills
