SEC Reporting Manager
Philadelphia PA / Hybrid

- Prepare and/or assist with 10K, 10Q, footnotes, and proxy statement for SEC filings.
- Prepare 11K, 8K filings.
- Assist senior management, audit committee, auditors as needed.
- Calculate stock awards and manage ESSP.
- Coordinate the annual goodwill impairment.
- Assist in monthly corporate close as needed.
- Research accounting policies and law changes.
