Job Details:
Accounting Manager - Hybrid (1-3) days in office) - Newtown Sqaure
Role:
This will report directly to a Controller and responsible for managing a small team of accountants as well as the day to day transactional accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO and VP with process improvements, streamlining process, and reduction of errors all while improving internal controls.
- Lead the monthly close process along with preparation of financial statements.
- Develop management reporting packages for presentation.
- Assist with annual budget.
- Oversee the Company's annual audit.
- Review monthly financial results in detail, including variance analysis and account reconciliations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- CPA is a plus
- 6+ years experience
