Job Details:
Growing retail property management company is seeking an experience Property Manager to manage a retail property portfolio consisting of 10+ properties consisting of 200+ tenants.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining relationships with tenants, overseeing budgeting and forecasting for each property, reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, problem solving, working with the maintenance team and leading capital improvements projects.
A minimum of 2-3 years retail, commercial office or industrial property management experience is required. (Residential experience will not be considered)
