STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - REVIT A MUST
My client is looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their offices outside of DC. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience designing vertical structures such as parking garages and buildings as well as managing projects. This person will be responsible for producing calculations and plans, corresponding with clients and government agencies, attending meetings related to current and upcoming projects, helping train and develop junior/entry level staff, and more. Attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional client service, and an entrepreneurial mindset are needed for this role.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant Structural Engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Related; Master’s degree is preferred.
- PE license
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Proficiency with industry standard building design software (RAM Structural Systems, Concept, RAM Elements, etc.)
- Proficiency with building structure design (steel, concrete, precast, etc.)
- Knowledge of local building codes and requirements
