Role:
The International Tax Director will be responsible for the organization's tax reporting and tax compliance activities both domestically and for global operations. This would include leading a team with the day to day tax functions, technical reporting, compliance, provisions, reporting, SOX controls, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, direct, and mentor the tax department
- Lead all day to day tax activities both domestically and globally
- Lead the completion of all tax filings - federal, state, and international
- Perform research, implement new policies / procedures as need, perform analysis, etc.
- Be the point of contact for tax compliance
- Work with indirect tax, accounting, and finance teams for reporting
- GAAP financial accounting ASC 740
