JUNIOR CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
My client is looking to add an Estimator to its talented staff.
- Strong commercial construction experience: Fit Out, Renovations, Additions, Interiors, Ground Up
- Sage Timberline software knowledge is mandatory
- Conduct quantity take-offs, proposals, bid work, meet with clients
- Project experience with commercial, institutional, academic a plus
- Strong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, processes and management practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Efficient & responsive to the needs of internal and external clients alike
- Manage estimating process and timelines to meet company objectives, both short and long term.
- Perform necessary research to produce accurate, complete, and competitive pricing.
- Communicate with customers to define the project scope, address deficiencies, negotiate pricing, and build relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two (2) or more years of relevant commercial construction estimating experience
- Degree a plus but not mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in relevant industry estimating software a plus
