Construction Project Manager
My client is looking to add a Project Manager to its talented staff. The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience with the capacity to run a project through to completion and also have some experience estimating. The position will be dealing with a variety of projects depending on the project pipeline. This Company handles everything from new construction to renovations and retrofits. Requirements / Qualifications:
- BS degree in Construction Management or another related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in construction project management and/or estimation
- Demonstrated ability to handle high stress situations while managing tight schedules
- Proficiency in the use and application of current industry standard technology
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
