Our client is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a FULL TIME DIRECT HIRE position.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft product troubleshooting
- Bachelors degree or 2-3 years of experience in Tech Support
- Azure or AWS a plus
- Enterprise backup knowledge
