Job Details:
HVAC Piping Coordinator – Designer
- Interpret and understand project-specific specifications, drawings, submittals, and 3D model of the engineer’s design intent while collaborating with other construction trades.
- Perform clash detection.
- Fully Coordinate the work to be installed, and produce coordinated layouts, penetration drawings as well-as piping installation drawings.
- Experience using CAD/REVIT on medium and large-scale projects.
- Autodesk Navisworks
- Knowledge and understanding of general HVAC systems, such as hot and chilled water systems, Steam and condensate systems, Fuel oil, heat pumps, Fan Coils, Chillers/Cooling towers.
- Knowledge of local codes and standards
- Experience with Fabrication is a plus
- Well-versed in design and Project Management software’s including:
- Autodesk REVIT MEP
- AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep
- Procore, BIM360, and other popular Project Management software
