Job Details:
A growing real estate company based in the Philadelphia suburbs is looking for a Construction Accountant with real estate development or direct construction/engineering industry experience to join their rapidly expanding team.
This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, analysis and month end close procedures for their commercial office projects.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5+years of progressive real estate development/construction accounting experience, with a focus on job/project costing, budgeting and analysis.
A BS Degree and Yardi software (or similar) experience is required.
