PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)
Our client company, a NYC-based general construction contractor, is seeking proven professionals to manage high-end, custom residential construction projects in the New York City market.
Job Requirements :
At least five (5) years of construction management and high end residential construction experience
Working knowledge of construction procedures, scheduling and subcontractor management
Experience in estimating, purchasing and scheduling
Organized
Computer knowledge
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Self-motivated
Ability to manage multiple projects
