Senior Performance Analytics Analyst
Role:
As a Senior Performance Analytics Analyst, this person will sit under Financial Operations while reporting to a Performance Analytics Manager and assisting with consolidations, performance measures, modeling, oversight of data collection, process improvements, and delivering strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Performance Analytics Manager to deliver performance analytics and strategy analysis to help the organization's growth
- Perform analysis with a focus on performance, profitability, value add analysis, modeling, etc.
- Lead strategic project initiatives including bench marking, KPI's performance analytics, etc. Monitor projects from concept to implementation.
- Improvements to operating models, processes, and performance reporting to enhance business success.
- Provide management presentations and reporting
- Provide financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and modeling
- Be a key partner to the business, operations, sales, and other business leaders
This position will offer unlimited growth and opportunity for different rotations within the finance organization as well as upward mobility.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master's is required
- 3+ years of progressive finance and analytic experience is required
- Strong strategic and analytical background is required
- Prior modeling and Excel experience is key
Working Conditions:
Ideally, this position would be a Hybrid position with someone local to the office. However, for the right candidate this can be a 100% remote position with occasional travel.
