Finance and Tax Manager - King of Prussia, PA
A large medical sciences company in the King of Prussia area is looking for a Finance and Tax Manager to support their growing team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Overall tax accounting and Federal and State level reporting
- State filings undertaken in a timely manner
- Reviewing transfer pricing within the US legal entities
- Forecasting, reporting and operational tracking
- SOX ownership and compliance
Experience:
- 2+ years with multi-state company
- Federal and State knowledge
- Experience interpreting and advising on tax legislation
- Bachelor's Degree
