Network Analyst (Technical Support)
Growing technology driven company is expanding and seeking a talented Network Analyst (Technical Support). This is a FULL TIME/DIRECT HIRE position. Must have a GREEN CARD, EAD or be a US Citizen. Qualified candidates will have similar experience with the following:
- Provide technical support in regards to LAN/WAN, while managing the day to day of their client networks
- Troubleshooting 1st tier issues and escalating issues to correct engineers
- 1-3 years of experience with Cisco products (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Relevant certs are a plus (CCT, CCNA, Network +, etc)
- Excellent communication skills to speak technically to non technical people
