.NET Software Engineering Manager- 100% remote
My client is looking to add a Software Development Manager or Lead to their organization due to growth. This person will manage about 9 reports and have experience with managing .NET developers. The ideal candidate will be well versed with performance reviews, code critiques, and have a deep understanding of .NET technologies. The team is currently using technologies such as Agile/Scrum, WEB API, MVC, TFS, SQL Server, GIT, Angular, React, Rabbit, etc. This person should have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively lead and motivate a SW Development team while being able to interact with all levels of Management and the organization.
