Principle Engineer
Due to continued growth, my client has a full time opening for a Principle Engineer / Manager. This role can be remote or hybrid. They offer an awesome comp plan, bonus and benefits package. This position will involve the following:
- Oversight of two technical development teams
- Ensure performance optimization of Developers
- Weigh and consider the implementation of new technology
- Resource planning
- Enact engineering strategies
- Management of research and design
- Setting of goals, team review and evaluation, recruiting
The ideal candidate will have a strong hands on technical background coupled with Lead/Managerial experience and knowledge of as much of the following as possible:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Python
- AWS
- Serverless
- Kubernetes
- CI/CD
- Automation
- Architectural design
- Microservices
- Agile
