Communications Engineer
I'm seeking a Communications Engineer for a full-time position with a stable and growing company in the local area. This position is offering a hybrid schedule of working from home and in the office. Interested candidates should have the following experience.
- 4+ years supporting enterprise voice and contact center infrastructures
- Ability to deploy TDM and IP-based voice and multimedia networks and solve problems
- Supporting applications through installation and support of enterprise voice and contact center communications systems, Avaya PBX, voicemail, IVR, call recording and CTI
- Interfacing with network providers and equipment vendors to ensure timely deployment of private and public services
- VOIP, SIP, ISDN, local and long distance, cloud PBX
- High level understanding of IP networking, DNS, DHCP
- UCAAS or CCAAS deployments is a plus
- Avaya Interaction Center, Avaya Experience Portal is a plus
