- Experience as a Superintendent in Multi-Family, Apartments, & Mixed-use
- Person of integrity and pride in work
- Good with coordinating subs
- Site Superintendent must have experience with foundations, framing and steel.
- Hands on & technically strong as well as strong leadership skills
- Diligent in Safety procedures
- OSHA certified
