Application Support - Salesforce 

 

Our client located in Newark, DE is seeking an Application Support Analyst that has a strong background in CRM Systems and with billing and finance applications is a plus. This position is responsible for supporting Customer Care Solutions as well as the team that is building and maintaining them. They will analyze and process the data, work on reporting and documentation and administration of systems as well as identifying issues and troubleshooting problems. This position will be hybrid work from home and in the office either in Newark or Dover, DE 

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting CRM systems including identifying and troubleshooting any issues
  • Ability to gather requirements and work with technical teams as well as write process flows, business cases and user stories  
  • Experience working with billing and HR systems
  • Understanding of application management
  • Any Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments
  • MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
