Professional services firm in Center City is seeking a Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to join their team!
Qualified candidate will have similar experience to the following:
- Working closely with the HR team to ensure that diversity agendas are successfully implemented and in line with businesses objectives.
- Recognize, create and implement plans to promote diversity within the organization.
- Promote and develop training programs to enhance employee understanding on inclusions issues.
- Must have an understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and best practices.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management is required.
