The Project Coordinator will be an essential key point of contact for the operations and executive teams, coordinating, tracking and organizing meetings, communications, expenses, travel, and projects across the organization. Your ability to deliver mission critical information and results will play a crucial part in the development of life saving products.

Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Managment, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, or Microbiology
- Three (3) or more years in Project Management or Project Coordination supporting business functions for the operations arm of an organization working with directors, vice presidents and executives driving projects across operational, human resources and IT areas of function in scientific research settings.
- Clinical research, healthcare, biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Advanced professional experience and abilities with the Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Permanent Residency (Green Card) or US Citizenship is required.
