One of the top Glass & Metal Contractors in Virginia has an immediate need for an Estimator with 5+ years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.

Job Description and Duties:

3-5 plus years working for a Glass & Metal Contractor that specializes in curtain walls, store fronts, and entrances for commercial buildings.
Prepare bid proposals.
Solicit direct pricing with manufacturers.
Experience with architectural blueprint reviews.
Material layouts for purchase and fabrication.
Detailed cost engineering reviews.
Budget projections.
Excellent written and communication skills.
