ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)
NYC-based high-end residential renovations general contractor is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Control the time, cost and quality of high-end residential construction projects
Know how to plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including material management, home inspection, etc
Have knowledge of City of Houston permitting office and building code requirements
Maintain and provide updates multiple projects at a time
Ability to learn and grow with ever-changing building requirements
Job Requirements:
A minimum of three (3) years of previous employment in project management for high-end residential construction
Possess a self-motivated, “can do” attitude and willingness to be a team player
Ability to interact successfully with both vendors, contractors and sub-contractors
Have a professional demeanor and the ability to defuse difficult situations in a calm manner.
