Senior Tax Analyst
Role:
As a Senior Tax Analyst, you'll be assisting Tax leadership with the day to day tax accounting. This would include preparing and booking income for tax provisions, compliance, working with system date on reporting, help improving systems, being the liaison between accounting, finance, and Tax for the region. This is a highly visible opening with interaction of all levels of professionals both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Director to prepare journal entries and reconciliations for tax provisions
- Be a liaison between accounting, finance, and tax to help communication and drive tax analysis
- Ensure compliance and adjustments are made in regards to local, state, federal, and respective countries
- Create and provide documentation to support the tax provision consolidation process; prepare reviews as well
- Assist with the documentation surrounding income tax contingencies
- Special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required. MBA or MST is a plus
- CPA or other certifications are preferred
- Prior ASC 740 experience is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen: Ability to work as a sole contributor as well as part of a team
- Prior experience with SAP, Oracle, or OneSource is a plus
Compensation:
A competitive compensation packed will be available for this position including medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, etc. Although this is an in office position, there will be some flexibility to work from home during no peak times.
Working Situation:
This will be an Hybrid working situation with 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days work from home.
