One of the top MEP Consulting Firms in NYC has an immediate need for a Lead Project Manager with 10-25+ years’ experience.  Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate. 

Job Description and Duties:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • PE is preferred but not necessary.
  • Business development experience.
  • Experience with HVAC or Plumbing design.
  • Meet with new clients to close new business.
  • High level of overall construction industry.
  • Conduct Site Surveys.
  • Bill clients monthly.
  • Experience working on 1 or more of the following projects-Hospitals, Office, Residential, Schools, Retail, Hospitality, and Public.
