Construction Project Manager
Commercial/Life Sciences/Higher Education Construction – General Construction- GC/CM- Construction Management
An excellent Commercial/ Life Sciences construction company is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging and exciting projects. Commercial and Life Sciences construction experience on large scale multi-million dollar projects.
- Commercial/Life Sciences/Higher Education construction background (ground up, addition, renovation work)
- Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
- Manage & provide leadership for the labor, construction, materials, tools and equipment associated with projects.
- Blueprint comprehension, layout and coordination, material handling and inventory, site safety coordination, determining labor and production, ensuring labor hours are achieved, equipment and material resources.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Qualified individuals will have at least 5+ years of Commercial/Life Sciences or Higher Education construction experience
- Large scale project experience $2-10 million dollars a plus
- Salary is commensurate with years of experience
