My client is an large union Electrical Contractor that seeks an Estimator who has done high end hopsital and healthcare projects. Your knowledge of Estimating high profile multi-million dollar projects is what my client needs! Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform a complete take off
• Review all project documents
• Work with clients and vendors to prepare comprehensive and accurate estimates
• Attend scope review meetings
• Participate in project turn over to field prices
Qualifications
• Highly motivated team player
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical knowledge of construction
• Estimating, McCormick
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
