Job Details:
My client is a well respected Electrical Contractor that does sky line changing projects across the metro area. They are seeking an Electrical Project Manager with Hospital and Healthcare experience. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-driven team player. As part of our project management team, you will lead major hospital projects by focusing on all requirements including scheduling, engineering, field production and budgets. The ideal
candidate will have experience in establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with the client, subcontractors
and any other project stakeholders working in hospitals and on healthcare projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide service of the electrical requirements at major project sites
• Participate in transitional meetings with estimating and business development
• Organize all project documents and drawings using Procore
• Manage RFI’s submittals, contracts, change order requests etc.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast-paced construction/installation
environment.
• Maintain extensive client contact and delivery of project
• Manage all job close out procedures
• Liaise with field supervision and build relationships
• Collaborate with engineering and other supporting departments
Qualifications
• Self-motivated and team player who is able to thrive in the Healthcare environment
• 5+ years electrical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Practical knowledge of electrical construction
• Estimating
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, knowledge of Procore a plus
