Job Details:
My client is a well respected international construction management firm who is actively seeking a Construction Project Engineer with Commercial and Institutional Construction experience. You ability to aid the Project Manager with the design team, vendors and clients is highly desired. Have the ability to be on site as well as in the office aided with the construction documentation team. Support all preconstruction activities including dealing with subcontractors, purchase orders and procurement.
Additional duties include:
- Four year construction related degree or equivalent technical training and related experience
- Working knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Prolog, CAD, Primavera and Contract Manager (Proficient with CAD a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-5 years’ of engineering or construction experience. International experience a plus.
- Design/Build experience a plus
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance a plus.
