Maintenance Manager | Heavy Processing & Construction Equipment | Greater Atlanta Region
A base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Relocation + Career Growth are Included.
This is a full-time career opportunity to manage the maintenance organization responsible for upkeep and repair of large mobile construction equipment for a heavy industrial operation. This is a role for a boots on the ground leader, who is equally at home in the rain, with muddy boots and hardhat, as managing budgets, analyzing reliability data, and negotiating with vendors and dealing directly with clients.
To be successful you'll need:
- More than twelve years experience maintaining large pieces of mobile equipment that are used in heavy construction, mining operations, steel mills, etc.
- Direct knowledge of large off-highway trucks, oversized bulldozers & earth movers, and large wheel loaders is needed.
- Demonstrable experience managing budgets, personnel and project management.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to develop within and attract talent to the organization
