Senior Accountant
Recruiting for a Senior Staff Accountant for a company in Philadelphia. Working with publicly traded organizations and with their CPA or on their way to obtaining it is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly financial statements, quarterly reporting packages, yearly presentations to the board
- Establishing, oversight and analyzing information to be used in the preparation of the organization's SEC filings.
- Assist with month end close, external auditors, trail balances, etc.
- Work with the Manager to handle complex issues, new guidance for international divisions on any accounting issues, etc.
- US GAAP Compliance
- Special Projects
