Tax Manager
Role:
As a Tax Manager within this rapidly growing advisory firm, you'll be working closely with various high net worth families and their closely held businesses. You will be responsible for leading tax engagements, guiding these professionals through complex tax planning and issues, creating tax strategies and building/maintaining relationships. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with our clients through proactive communication, timely service, and an outward mindset
- Meeting complex compliance and planning needs for high-net-worth families
- Explore clients’ needs through meetings / constant follow ups
- Provide clients with creative tax strategies, tax plans, and offer guidance from start to finish
- Research technical matters and apply to client needs
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of public tax accounting experience; preferably with a family office and/or high net worth individuals
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team
- Working Conditions:
- Hybrid - 2-3 days working from home. 2-3 days within the office
