Growing law firm in South Jersey is seeking a talented Corporate Attorney to join their transactional department.
Qualified candidate will have experience handling mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and transactional matters.
J.D. along with admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.
Excellent academic credentials and prior Am Law 100, 200, or boutique law firm experience is preferred.
