Job Details:
My client is looking for an Electrical Installer for their Building Automation team. They are highly regarded Building Automation and energy management company. Someone who knows how to install low voltage wiring. Additional duties include:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Install, connect, and adjust controllers, components, and devices
• Layout and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment, according to wiring diagrams
• Identify communication Links utilizing software tools
• Reading wiring and technical diagrams
• Installing and maintaining wiring systems
• Knowledge of local electrical codes
• Skill in the care and use of standard tools, equipment and testing instruments of the electrical trade.
• Skill in the diagnosis of electrical malfunctions.
• Identifying electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
• Repairing or replacing wiring, equipment, or components using hand and power tools
• Work independently and be able to coordinate job installation and completion with onsite personnel
• Report discrepancies between engineered drawings and equipment on site
• Knowledgeable of industry safety requirements
