Automation Engineer Siemens PLC
Initial projects will be 100% remote. Process Controls and/or Machine Controls. Siemens-focused 3 + years of Siemens PLC programming TiaPortal, SIMATIC WinCC, HMI software, SCADA.
Key words - Automation Controls Engineer, Siemens S7 PLC Systems, S7-300 hardware, Simatic STEP 7 programming software. Process Controls and/or Machine Controls. Understanding of Organization, Function, Data, and System Functions. WinCC Flexible, 2008 Ethernet and Profibus communications, etc.
One year of remote work prefer candidates from the North East, Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes areas.
Minimal occasional travel to Albany, NY or the Boston area. Remote long-term would be multiple skill sets i.e. Siemens + Rockwell Automation + Allen-Bradley PLC + DeltaV + OSI PI + Electrical Design.
This position requires an Associate’s Degree, B.S. Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree is a plus. US Citizenship, Green Card. Generous salary, bonus and benefits package. Industry experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, Food and Beverage, Packaging, Consumer Products, or other industrial automation industries, etc.
