Job Details:
Maintenance Mechanics
All shifts Available.
Trouble shoot, repair and maintain all production equipment including but not limited to, Packaging Equipment, Process Machinery, Cooking Equipment, Warehouse Equipment, General Plant and Facility Fabric.
Pre Requisites:
- Experienced in regulated environments food and beverage.
- Must have personal computer skills, hands-on controls, PLC skills, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC and refrigeration skills.
- Must have working knowledge of fabrication, machine shop tools, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Must have ability to read electrical diagrams and drawings.
- Requires strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be able to work any shifts and to response to the emergency calls 24/7
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to response on emergency calls 24/7
General Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and enhancements for automated packaging and production equipment with awareness and emphasis on maintaining all GMP standards and maximization of equipment and facility efficiencies.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and maintenance with frequent electrical circuits (3PH 480VAC, 208VAC, 1PH 120VAC, 24VDC) and controls-related equipment, boilers, heaters, HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Comply with GMP and other regulatory requirements as well as Company and site policies.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with co-workers.
- Improve and broaden skills by participating in training programs.
- Support group and site cost improvement goals and initiatives.
- Support maintenance involvement in site projects and perform new installations of distribution power systems (3PF 4 wires 480VAC, 208VAC, 1PF 120V, 24VDC)
