My client is well respected commercial mechanical contractor in the NYC area. They are seeking an HVAC and Sheetmetal Project Manager in Mechanical Construction who can also do a little Estimating. They should be good with proposals, submittals, business development, estimating and overall Project Management. Wants the person to have a good understanding of Sheet Metal as that part of the company continues to grow but he also seeks someone with overall HVAC Commercial knowledge and the construction process.
