Fund Accounting Manager
Our client, a well-established financial services organization based out of the Greater Philadelphia area has an immediate need for a Fund Accounting Manager. Ideal candidates will have fund (mutual or hedge) experience and a public accounting background. Previous supervisory experience is also preferred.
A few responsibilities:
- Cash processing and bank reconciliations
- Record journal entries
- Maintain general ledger
- Prepare and set up workpapers and checklists
- Prepare financial statements and footnotes
- Prepare partner capital account information
- Investor capital call/ distribution processing
- Liaise with the client’s independent auditors
