Construction Architect NYC
Respected A&E firm seek Architect to act as project manager on major project:
- 8+ years of experience working on public projects
- Full understanding of design and construction phases of largescale projects
- Scheduling, Safety, Procurement
- Construction change orders
- Ability to oversee subcontractors
- Understanding of a wide range of building trades
- An RA license is desired
- Ensure on time delivery of project
- Experience on large scale municipal projects = Rail, Airport, Bridges etc. desired
