Manager of Business Intelligence
A very stable and growing, international company, is seeking to hire a Manager of Business Intelligence due to promotion. Qualified candidates will have similar experience to the following:
- Agile practitioner capabilities and experience working with or in Agile teams pursing complex engineering work.
- Experience in data-oriented roles
- Leadership role.
- Excellent understanding of relational database concepts and data warehousing required.
- Experience with ETL and data transformation tool, and BI tools (Tableau, QlickView, etc) and strong Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Experience in coaching and developing a team of engineering professionals.
- Working familiarity with setting up Data Governance policies
- Ability to think creatively and brainstorm to find solutions for challenges.
- A continuous improvement mind-set and dedication to uncovering better ways of working.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
