Global company in Center City is seeking and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join their team!
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing all planning and executing of financial audits. This will include risk, internal controls, and reporting back on the findings in order to work with Management to come up with proper resolutions and efficiencies to increase profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in a major functional audit support role to conduct financial, operational and system reviews domestically and internationally
- Plan, perform, and report on internal audits
- Perform and prepare financial statement audits, work papers, comprehensive reporting, etc.
- Evaluate whether risks to the company are identified and minimized, acceptable internal policies and procedures are followed, resources are used efficiently, and the organization’s objectives are effectively achieved
- Understand the organization and develop relationships to provide value-added solutions and best practices
- Represent Corporate Audit on company initiatives and special projects
- Work with business leaders and management to train employees of the risk, effects, benefits, and improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- CPA/CIA track is highly preferred
- 5-10 years of auditing experience
