Manager- IT Infrastructure Tools
My client is seeking a technology driven manager to join their team in a full time direct hire capacity. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years experience in IT infrastructure coupled with a bachelors degree or higher. This person will have 7+ years experience managing direct reports and working with all levels of the organization. This person will be responsible for building out processes around Service Now, IT ticketing systems, change management, security hardening and incident management. Strong understanding of SLA's, reporting, road maps, budgets, planning and delivery.
