Litigation Partners
My client has multiple openings for Litigation Partners. These positions are open due to continued growth of the firm. Client offers a solid comp plan and WFH options. Positions will involve the following:
- Management of complex data matters and class actions
- Handling of privacy based tort, contract, and statutory actions
- Representation of clients before regulatory bodies and investigations
- Prepare drafts of pleading and discovery
- Keep clients up to date on cases
- Working with E-discovery vendors
- Barred in PA...NJ and DE bar is preferred
