Job Details:
Account Executive – Inside Sales
- Plumbing and/or HVAC product knowledge is a plus
- Initiate sales efforts with contractors
- Answer and service customer requests through phone calls, emails, texts, and e-commerce orders.
- Perform appropriate follow-up for sales calls
- Provide quotes to customers, with thorough understanding of quote and pricing system
- Process orders, including counter, deliveries, special orders and directs shipments.
- Process customer returns and credits, following company policy and procedure.
- Maintain and follow-up on any inventory sourced or special ordered into the branch.
- Thorough understanding of all customer processes and paperwork
- Daily interaction with vendors, ordering inventory, and scheduling deliveries
- Communicate pricing objections to appropriate personnel
- Provide daily support to outside sales team
- Attend all appropriate and relevant meetings and trainings (sales, branch, safety, product, etc.)
- Communicate inventory issues with Branch Manager and Inventory Control
- Work occasional Saturdays and participate in annual full physical inventory
