Network Engineer (AWS Cloud)
Our client located in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a full-time permanent Network Engineer with a background in AWS Cloud Architecture, and the Support/Planning of the Network Infrastructure that can provide insight and recommendations on technologies to be most effective.
Required:
- Must have at least 6 years experience in Network Engineering, and 3 in Cloud Network Infrastructure
- Enterprise AWS experience, multiple tenets, multiple VPCs and experience in designing, implementing and supporting this environment.
- Strong in firewall and routing technology (i.e. Cisco, Palo-Alto, etc). It’s not just a stand-alone AWS engineering role.
- Must have experience in LAN technologies
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Able to create infrastructure as code and determine how to utilize new technologies by the IT Ops staff
- Any AWS Network certification, Cisco CCNP, or CCIE preferred
- Experience with Firewalls, Routing & Switching, and troubleshooting
- Very strong communication & analytical skills
- Collaboration across different departments and teams preferred
