Engineering Applications Senior Manager
Are you a technical professional with experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry?
Role:
As a Engineering Applications Senior Manager, this individual will sit within IT but work cross functionally with Engineering, Operations, Construction, Procurement, etc. This individual will be responsible for helping the organization upgrade and implement digital technology, drive optimization, and really enhance the overall user experience. This would include managing a team of technical analysts that support engineering and business leaders to develop digital roadmaps, enhance capabilities of the application suite, execute projects, model development, incident resolution, and help manage outside vendors relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical analysts that provide support to the engineering, procurement and construction division
- Work with business partners/leaders to develop and enhance digital applications and roadmaps
- Lead, support and execute new information technology and/or digital technology projects.
- Manage projects from concept to design through testing and implementation. Continue to monitor throughout lifetime to ensure stable
- Manage model development, incident resolution, vendor relationships, etc.
- Special projects as assigned
Working Conditions:
This is a 100% remote position for any U.S. Citizen that has a strong EPC industry background. There would be some travel to the company's office throughout the year from time to time (minimal) for meetings, deadlines, conferences, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required. MBA or Masters is a plus
- 12+ years of digital technology experience is required
- Must Have: Prior experience working within a engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) organization is required.
- Prior experience with Smart Manufacturing and Process Modeling
- Prior management experience is required
