Applications Sales Engineer II, Metals - Combustion and Heat Treatment
My client is looking to expand their team in Houston, Texas.
As one of our Applications Sales Engineers, you will be responsible for creating, growing and maintaining sales of industrial gas products as well as finding new solutions for new and existing customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the technical expert in metals-heat treatment and combustion
- Drive sales using company specific software through acquiring new customers and providing outstanding customer service for existing customers
- Support the sales and marketing team as needed
- Obtain insight on current industry trends and develop new opportunities via company technology to improve current application processes and how to improve existing equipment
- Build relationships between company and customer
- Responsible for applications equipment/technical solution design for the target industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Chemical or Manufacturing specifically)
- MBA is a plus
- Previous experience in applying or selling technical solutions in a metal processing or manufacturing environment
